You of course are meaning the word to mean "happy" aren't you ?

Because irrespective of the general meaning and usage of a word at this present time , you can feel free to use it in another context without the majority of people taking it as meaning something else.

Let's face it, all the regular posters on here are well known up hill gardners and most of the birds like to munch a bit of rug every now and again.

There is a slight slope to my garden, but not much, it certainly couldn't be called hilly...and as for the birds chewing on my rug, it is kept indoors and well out of the way of our feathered friends.

Not that there would ever be any accurate way of finding out, but I'd love to know how our ratio of straight:gay fans (given the reputation of Brighton as a city) compares to that of other clubs in the league.
