I've never heard of a lesbian paying for sex and from my experience I've never met one who'd tolerate a purely sexual relationship which is usually the case with a mail order bride style situation.

This is true. Gay guys don't pay for sex at all, which is probably the reason there's never been such a thing as rent boys in Brighton.
