There has been an aweful lot written on this site about ticket allocation being fair / unfair and debate about who should take rightful prioity on ticket allocation.

Can we try and size up the true scale of the issue by asking everyone to state how may unsuccessful ticket applications you have had for a) away games and b) home games over the last season and a half (include the millennium final as an away game). Please mention opposition and date too.

The Spurs game was my first ever unsuccessful application.

I qualified for priority for Spurs on all three criteria.

At last, some sense on the ticketing front. I have never in my life not been able to attend an Albion game that I've wanted to go to. It's about being organised and getting your application in on time. Even if I have woken up on the day of the game and decided to go with no ticket, I have always found one there. Anyone who says they cant get tickets is talking shit. (Although I have to admit that I cant speak for the Spurs game as am not in the country).

sorry but have to disagree. I sent my application by post as soon as details wheer announced but due to xmas post took 2 days to arrive. I'm a season ticket hoilder and live 75 miles fromn Brighton so it's not like I can j'just pop to the shop' with my application. I'm not saying I'm a better supporter than anyone else but am annoyed that 2 people I know who go to 1 or 2 'big' games a year have Spurs tickets and I don't

0. With the exception of Palace at home two seasons ago I've always attended every game I've wanted to. And as I mentioned on another thread I'm invariably applying/looking for 4 tickets.

Likewise. Spurs is the first one I've missed. I live in London, wrote my application the evening the ticketing arrangements were announced and put it in the post the next morning – couldn't have done much more. But didn't get one.
