Spaghetti with Bacon, Asparagus, Tomatos and a mustard sauce.

Hmmmm interesting combination! Not one I'd thought of - but it must work?

Pasta with chicken, mushrooms, yellow, orange and red peppers, onion and garlic in salad cream

It does work superbly. While the spaghetti is cooking fry the bacon in a frying pan, then add the asparagus and tomatoes for the last couple of minutes. Mix some wholegrain mustard with a little olive oil and white wine vinegar to make the dressing. Mix the whole lot together and serve with shavings of parmesan and a grind or two of black pepper.

C'mon Dave, you sound like a resourceful sort of chap. Why not make a nice Tuna Pasta bake (only take 15 mins to make and 20 minutes to cook); or maybe a nice Steak and Ale pie with creamy mashed potato and carrots...

I've got a yellow fish in the fridge, can't remember what its called (not that I named it - I just can't remember the breed). Anyway, thats not important right now. What happened was that I went out for some petrol, and then driving home, I realised I couldn't be bothered to cook my yellow fish, so I pulled in at Kevs KFC and had a Zinger instead.
