Then will slice in half, remove the potato stuff and return the skins to the oven. Will make some creamy mash with the potato, adding some mature cheddar cheese (grated) and some tuna. Will then 'back-fill' the skins and brown under a hot grill for a few minutes, adding a dash of Worcester Sauce and some chopped parsely.
