It usually takes five days to process the order.

No, seriously, go back to the store and you'll see it under 'My Programmes' on the right hand side if you're logged in.

I've just bought my first digital programme for tonight's game and I can see it under 'my programmes', however, when I click on the Blackburn programme it just loads the following URL - Programmes | Seagulls Direct

Just clarify, it doesn't link to a PDF download file (or other). I'm assuming its iPad friendly?

Is anyone else having this problem?

I got mine yesterday. You have to go back into the shop screen, log in and go to programmes (basically they same place you ordered it from) and you should see a button that says "view programme". You can't download it only view it

Does this mean you always need wifi to read it?

So, I think I have discovered the problem. The club have been daft enough use adobe flash as the programme viewer. The whole point of me buying the programme was so that I can view it on my iPad.

Surely it's short sighted of the club given how many people own iPhones/iPads?

It is very stupid as it's cutting out a high proportion of their target market, as it still using the POS flash for the ticketing website seat selection. Actually, I missed out on a game last season once due to this (phones weren't answered, I was out and about so only had iPhone to use but couldn't buy). It was on a whim (close-ish to kick off, wet so didn't want a front rows seat so wanted to select a cheap ticket not near the front) and thought I "might" just make it, but by the time someone "might" have answered I wouldn't have been able to get to the ground in time. If the ticket site didn't use flash, I could have bought there and then and got to the ground in time.

middletoenail the programme does use flash to load the programme when viewed on a computer (so it can show the effects of turning pages etc).
However when viewed on an iPad it uses a compatible technology. I will speak to the creators to see if we can get it for iPhone too as it doesn't work for these at the moment.

My company looks after Seagulls Direct so please let me know if you have any problems or suggestions with the programme or the website.

It would be excellent if we could download the programme to be viewed in the iBooks app on an iPad.

Thanks Seb, I've just checked today and it is fine. I think they were originally pointing it to the wrong URL.

Another vote for newstand here too!
