Not lost on purpose, but didn't care about the result. A last game for some to get full match fitness, and maybe a final game for some to prove themselves (Dicker, Harley) before they get shipped out.

If he did want to loose, no-one told Bridcutt who was IMMENSE again.

To be fair I went last night knowing full well what Gus' attitude towards cup competitions is. I was actually quite surprised how strong the team he put out was. I wouldn't say we lost on purpose but as other's have said we simply didn't looked arsed either way. Swindon looked up for it, clearly on the bounce after winning the league last year and deserved to win. Nothing to worry about yet, far more concerned if we played like that on Saturday.
