Without Dick Knight and Dean Wilkins, we would not have a football team called Brighton & Hove Albion to support.

There will always be issues running a club which has endured the problems we have had to put up with in the past 15 years. Indeed, I still find it mysterious why there is still not a fan on the Board. By a fan, I mean one of us who has to save up to buy a season ticket, and not a rich property developer who can buy his way onto the board. I will do it, if they want someone.

Without Dick Knight, we would have no club. What he has done is little short of miraculous. The hoops he has had to jump through have been never ending, and all he gets from some is moan after moan after moan.

Without Dean Wilkins, we would have no future. Probably one of the most talented players and coaches we have ever seen at the club, he has brought on a stack of youngsters, seven of whom were playing under 19 football last season. Brian Horton must take a great deal of credit here as well, for his foresight when we were at Gillingham in setting up a youth system.

Prepare yourselves for mid table next season. The season after that we will compete with the best in the Division.

And please stop moaning.

Completely agree with everything but him being one of the most talented players we've ever had at the club.

Don't get me wrong, I liked Deano as a player but sometimes he was REALLY shit!

Was the Man Utd youth coach who trained up Giggs, Beckham, Butt, Scholes and the Neville's a brilliant manager????

Mid table will have to do next season

Why's that?

Who's to say that with a couple of new faces we can't be pushing for promotion?

Mainly because of the decision by BISA and the Supporters' Club ten years ago that they didn't want a fan's seat on the Board.

Besides, next season, league 1 is going to be alot tougher to get out of than this year.

You are talking about one of Leeds, Luton, QPR, Southend,Barnslay or Hull coming down from the Championship.

Then you have Swansea, Tranmere, Oldham, Forest, Millwall and ourselves from League 1.

With that and one of the teams coming up from League 2 always ends up in the top 4 of League 1 the following season.

Believe me, next season is going to be considerably tougher in this league than this season.

Not so, QPR and Leeds are shite and will have their best assests stripped at the end of the season, there are no standout clubs from league 2. Forest I expect will get promoted and the rest are much of a muchness. I think next season should be less tough with the experience we now have.

The point I was making, which bha4eva clearly failed to grasp was exactly that. The league will be difficult next year and I can just hear the likes of FG phoning up Ian Hart every time we loose, asking for Dick and Dean to go.

It's irrational moaning I cannot stand.

Mid table for me was acceptable when the clown was in charge. However, if he'd remained in charge, then with the way the players were playing, the tactics he was picking and just his general inability to pick a player in the correct position then we'd have been in the bottom 4 by now so for god sake let it go man...he's gone and he's not coming back!

The fact that no other club has hired him as manager is proof that the man was useless!

We will always be mid table or lower until the sherry drinking twats at the Council f*** off and concentrate on their bridge evenings and let someone, who knows what it means to the people, give the Albion a stadium, a team to be proud of, jobs, revenue etc etc.

If the Falmer decision is n ot yes or cinunues to dfrag I will be ahppy with midtable next season.

If Falmer is a yes before next season I'd expect top ten but maybe just miss the play offs.

I'll say it again ....... BH4Eva? You're having a laugh!!!
