I would be the first to say that Dick Knight has made some mistakes but show me a chairman who hasn't. However, the post at the start of this thread must have been made by somebody who is way too young to remember what a mess we were in during the 90s. It's also worth remembering that whilst many clubs are faced with Administration and almost certain relegation we are not.

I'd rather have a genuine fan with passion who really cares about the club as chairman. The fact that this club has a future to look forward to at all is down to DK. If you look at the history of the club, we've done no worse during his tenure as chairman than for most of the past century, and that's despite being effectively homeless for all of his reign. With Falmer becoming a reality (thanks to Dick) there's a real chance the club could have some decent success with him at the helm.
