You've got the popular Chocolate Tart option. You've got Profiteroles, one of my dark horses to actually lift the pot.

Would you rule out local favourite Sussex pond pudding? Vociferous local support will bolster it's vote. Rice Pudding I'm struggling with to be honest, but Cheese with biscuits will be popular with NSC savoury tooths.

It really should be an absolute CRACKER.
