when they were in the bottom half in the 3rd tier and he'd had experience with two clubs at that level as assistant and was highly rated. Taking on Bergkamp would be the biggest risk that any Premier League club has ever taken wouldn't it? I mean he has pretty well no experience in management.
No one will ever beat Blackburn's appointment of Steve Kean for that accolade.
