delivery problems

basically i ordered some clothes from H&M last week and they said they were dispatched on the 21st and the post has been and gone today now and still nothing.

We have recently been getting the post of other people in the street or the next few rows along on some occaisons and my delivery may have gone anywhere.

I know i am going to have to contact h&m but what is my position if they say it has been signed for but i have not got anything and has most likely been signed for at the wrong address.

i know i could google it but the people of NSC never let me down

If the RM Christmas Casuals are out and about delivering the post it is not surprising , some of them struggle to read and write , bring back the Romanian agency staff.
