him and rooney has NEVER worked as a strike partnership - lets hope gambling that it does today pays off

I do wish Defoe and Rooney had been given more of a go prior to the world cup.

However i would rather defoe than Heskey any day.

I do however think Slovenia would really struggle with Crouch and thought he may have got the nod today.
25 mins to go if were struggling he will get on.

Now do i risk Defoe...or play safe with Rooney in my dream team...
