Only one round is live?

I always thought it was one round that was blank. That way no one could be sure if they fired the fatal shot.

The guy with the live round would have to be very accurate with his shot!

With the electric chair they have 3 switches of which only one switches on the electricity.

So in theory this bloke should get hit with 13 bullets?!
