An Update:
I can confirm that I also know the three people who were in the Fiat Punto, all three are critically injured.
Tom and Nath who were both passengers in the Punto seem worse, Tom has had to have emergency surgery to reconstructe the left part of his face and Nath has punctured his lung and his bowel and requires surgery tomorrow. Not too sure on the driver.
Matty, who was driving the Mazda, is by my knowledge still in custody. He has no previous offences/bans but has written off two cars previously in two minor crashes.
Would this affect his sentence if he got given one
