my daughters bought me a david bowie dvd for xmas (titled the reality tour ) and its brill. personally i think the bloke is the ultimate rock god and has re invented himself time after time.
am i alone with these views or do you not appreciate his talents . your views ?

Saw him at Earls court doing that tour, was absolutely brilliant. :clap:

He has a great voice and was one of the few progressive artists in the 70's /80's. Past his best now though.

In general I only know his hits and stuff but I bought all his Berlin period stuff (Low, Heroes and Lodger) after reading about it in an article and am very impressed with it. You could do a lot worse than get these 3 long players.

I saw him 2nd on the bill at The Dome, and he almost got booed/catcalled off for mincing like a woofter.

The music was rather good though, and the next gig there - he was already a legend with screaming girls, doing Aladdin Sane. He rocked, but The Dome banned him I think, and charged him loads for the broken seats!
