his reluctance to learn the queens english and make any form of effort at arsenal annoyed me somewhat as you may have gathered from my previous posts

Barca 5 up now :eek:

'Nastic quite clearly couldn't be arsed tonight.

They knew they were down anyways, and it showed in their performance. For a team playing at home to only have about 30% of the possession demonstrates the disparity between the two.

Nice place by the way, Tarragona. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

My local team :clap2::clap2::clap2:

OK, so its 250km away but it's still the nearest la Liga team.

Everybody's jumping up and down in the bars round the square here - fireworks going off!

Not so much because Madrid won but because Barelona didn't!

The boy Beckham's come on a bit since his first game :clap2:

still think Barca pretty much gave them the title, threw points after points away and then still Madrid only just won it. Next season will be different Messi and Eto'o fit for the season

Thought I was going to get into a fight with some APE in the pub who waltzed in with 20 mins to go and had the channel changed to the U21's. Needless to say I made my feelings known and had it changed back, but not before I'd missed the Real Madrid equaliser, TOSSER.

Watched my back on the way home, mind. He was a big fucker.

One thng to say about Beckham - PAST IT

He's too old and he can f*ck off to LA to earn his billions and stay there.

If this country can't find one of our existing group of multi millionaires to fill his boots at international level we are finished as any sort of half decent team.

Beckham always gets the last laugh, firstly with Fergie and Man Utd, then with Capello and Madrid, then with McLaren and England.

Now, he gets subbed with 23 mins to go, his team 1-0 down and his title dream in tatters yet the moment he's off they bang in 3 to win the league. I fully expect the Queen to cave in on her deathbed and give him a belated knighthood.
