Randomly I met Dave Allen at a party in the early 90’s. It was as happens in most parties in the kitchen of the house whilst we both were getting a drink. It was an absolute privilege had a good chat and he was as warm. funny and quick witted as his on screen persona. A memory I cherish to this day - very surreal and amazing .
