Get him back!

He's been released and he admitted last season that he would welcome a return to the Albion at some point in the future.

He would give us the creativity and set piece expertise that we are desperate for - sign him up Deano.

This is what Currie himself said back in January:

"I want to stay in the Championship but, if I have to drop out, I would not have a problem coming back to Brighton. It is somewhere I enjoyed and it is nice to feel wanted."

I wouldn't mind seeing Currie back but his wages are bound to be an issue and I reckon Millwall have a big advantage there.

If he's lost a yard of pace he'll be running backwards. :D

Be well good to have him back. Experience and a touch of grace are oft missed. He could be the sort whose play trains people like Hammo and Cox to have a finer grasp of space and understanding. We'd still need that element of pace in midfield, but his play offers something worth bringing back.

Always used to set up lots of goals - great from free kicks - but in open play didn't seem to have the same impact. Good luck to him, he was a nice lad. Sorry, no way he'd come back to the Albion!

seems to me your description matches beckham, obviously not as good but look what his effect on england has been like, beckham will always be slow, never take anyone on, but still sets up countless goals.
in my view he'd be a great signing
