Danny Cullip - "He berates Morgan constantly"

This is priceless. Taken from the official Sheffield United forum it's a despondent Blades fan talking about their captain Chris Morgan and Danny Cullip. Good old Danny Cullip. He really doesn't give a toss who he 'berates'.

Morgan....another one I loved when he arrived. Did Page make him look good last season? Because Cullip, occasional lower division hoof out of play clearances apart, makes Morgan look bad. why did we bring him back? We signed Cullip because we didnt have a leader on the pitch - why wasnt he given the armband the day he walked through the door? He berates Morgan constantly when the ball is dead - I see it right at the front of the Kop all the time - Morgan just hangs his head and walks off - Madman Morgan, captain, doesnt even fight his corner or tell him whose in charge.

Danny Cullip. LEGEND. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Definite legend. Shame we didn't chant his name at the end when he hung around applauding. Fact is though, we do not need him now as long as we can hang on to Hinsh and Virgo. One down side of our win today is that the Blades miss promotion and we miss out on more dosh for Danny.

There was a rumour that M.M wanted Danny out because he had a stranglehold on the dressing room.
It does appear to me that certain players have started to perform to a higher level since he went (Knight, Mayo, Carpenter and OGH) and the results cant be argued.
Although a legend perhaps he had a confidence effect on his colleauges.

Best action for me was us defending corners - Charlie man-marked him, mostly had him in a tight hug - every time DC tried to run away Charlie was right behind him - you could almost see them both grinning in the cat 'n' mouse game they were planning.

Top entertainment!
