Remember Peter Taylor's favourite striker? Always looked like he had potential but never quite delivered. I think he got one goal for us.

Now playing as a central defender for Bath City coverted from striker. Still only 28.

Could do a job? :jester:

I liked him when he was down here BUT went to see us play Cambridge in a pre-season , he scored against us and gave it the big one in front of our fans

a total c**t now in my eyes.

He was appalling. Taylor said he was "great with his back to goal". Turns out that even that wasn't true!

The only thing he was good at was falling over a lot.

I oddly quite liked him! Don't recall him ever threatening to score for us though.

Didn't Coppell get him back on loan?

That's about all I remember about him as well, apart from his Dad sat near us in the North Stand so we had to curb the abuse

Might be a tad harsh here, but I thought he was just a thug at the time. Remember when we thought we were the dogs bollocks riding high in League One, with Junior Lewis free-scoring in midfield and Daniel Webb elbowing opposition goalkeepers for shits and giggles? I am curious to know how many career red cards he has managed - a quick Google search finds this..

"The player's time at the club (Cambridge Utd) was not without controversy and in August 2004, Webb was fined by United's manager Hervé Renard for an on-the-field punch-up with team-mate Luke Guttridge during a match against Shrewsbury Town"

Come to think of it, I remember Luke Guttridge wildly celebrating a last-minute equaliser against us at Withdean once in front of the South Stand..
