Currie to Luton

Hatters sign Currie from Ipswich
Darren Currie
Currie made seven appearances for Derby in their promotion run-in
LA or Luton? from bbc:

Luton have signed midfielder Darren Currie on a free transfer from Ipswich, and he has signed a two-year contract.

The 32-year-old was loaned out to Coventry and Derby by Ipswich last season, and also had a two-week trial at Los Angeles Galaxy in February.

Meanwhile, boss Kevin Blackwell has added to his coaching staff.

Former Blackpool boss Sam Ellis is the new assistant manager, with ex-Newcastle and Leeds coach John Carver arriving as head coach.

Both men worked under Blackwell during his spell as Leeds manager.

Also arriving at Kenilworth Road are Chris Cummins as director of youth football, Neil Lewis as sports scientist, and Dean Riddell as physio.

Riddell's arrival comes after the League One club outsourced its medical department to a private company, who will supply staff to the club.
