I think these 3 are very good managers and especially at our level but think we have to accept reality. These managers were comanding wages of over 500K-1 million a year and there is not much chance they are going to be interested in 3-5k a week.
I think a good bet would be somebody up and coming like the Torquay Manager or Southend Manager they have done well with little money and seem to command the respect of their players.

I think bloom has spoken by axeing slade. He wants success and that means getting a high profile manager with championship, possibly premiership experience he will no doubt pay over the odds to get his man
