Liverpool play on the Sunday 27th October
Both play Saturday 2nd November, each other as it happens.
Liverpool play in Europe the following week.
So unless Liverpool are made to play on Tuesday 29th it will be played 30th October.
UPDATE
Official EFL Cup site states 30th 7:30 KO
Other games have different KO times so looks correct. Spurs 8:15 so guess BHA is main live Sky game.

Now just been made official by club.
