Cuiilp gos to Leicester

Cullip goes to Leicester

Is a headline I don't think we will be seeing because, aside from being spelt badly, I think he'll probably end up leading us out at Falmer to be honest :clap2: :clap2: :jester: :jester:

No, I was actually bored while eating a Ginsters spicy chicken SLICE, which was, incidentally, very tasty.

Ginsters can f*** RIGHT OFF after that was ALL they had at Reading services on the way home last Sunday. Hadn't eaten since 7am and the wankers decided to close Burger King just as we arrived at 9:45pm. Had to but two Cornish pasties and a packet of prawn cocktail crisps. NOT happy. :(

So it was you that ate all the pies!

No pasties either by the time we got there!

Actually, just realised it was Membury services we went to, not Reading. :dunce:

Seems like it was the same story all the way up the M4, then.

Still don't understand why they closed the Burger Kings so early when there were hundreds of potential customers. Short sighted idiots!

That looks about as accurate as the Jake Robinson has already been sold thread.

What I find amazing is that the Leicester fans hear what is on Brighton radio when we get the same broadcasts.

Do they get a different translation up there? ;)

Thanks for that Fran :(

What's this about Cullip's transfer being on the radio?

No mention of this in yesterday's Leicester Mercury:

"On a positive note, Adams revealed that the club's player chase had stepped up a gear over the weekend.

Adams added: "We have made significant progress on the transfer front with players and their agents.

"We are actively pursuing players but I'm not going to put a timescale on things and we won't be announcing anything until there is something official to announce.

"But fans can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to bring in some fresh faces ahead of the new season."

On Friday, director of football Dave Bassett told the Leicester Mercury that the club had already opened talks with four players but their identities still remain anonymous.

City have been linked with Leeds United's Michael Bridges, Danny Tiatto of Manchester City, Jon Harley at Fulham and Birmingham's Bryan Hughes, while yesterday they were reported to be chasing Crystal Palace striker Dougie Freeman and Jody Morris, whose three-month contract at Rotherham expired at the end of the season.

City are also believed to have made a bid of £400,000 for Dundee's Spanish striker Nacho Novo.

Dundee manager Jim Duffy believes Novo, who scored 25 times last season and has attracted the attentions of Rangers, is worth more.

He said: "Two English First Division clubs, both of whom I would think could be challenging for promotion, have been talking to us about Nacho and one mentioned a figure of £400,000.

"I told them to make a formal offer and it would be considered.

"I want to see if the £400,000 is a dead figure or whether there would be add-ons if they won promotion or he made a certain number of appearances.

"Personally, I think he is worth considerably more, but it all comes down to the market."
