Tomorrow evening, and I, for one can't wait. I am hoping for the usual monsoon conditions and it has all the makings of an absulute classic athletics meet. I'll be tuning in from home with a couple of cold cans of Natch cheering them all on.

Anyone lucky enough to have tickets for this??

I am amazed this hasn't sold out. I would love to go but a jaunt up to London from Lyme is bad enough let alone on a Friday afternoon. Plus the weather is guaranteed to be very, very wet.

Well the thing is, everyone wants to get tickets on the home straight, where the sprinters are running. Many people aren't prepared to pay £20 odd quid to be on the other side. AND its in Crystal Palace..

I shall be attending as guests of Aviva (norwich union), free booze and food all afternoon.

Will be worth it for that, if not seeing the man Bolt live aswell
