Midweek, small club like Sheff Wed visiting, on the back of a defeat..........I reckon 24,180.

You can't expect that many people for the visit of noddy relegation fodder like Sheffield's second team. It'll be around 25,000 though, so obviously far, far more than if the game had been played up there.

23,000 st
1,500 sw
2,000 match day
26,500 total

just over 26k , half the Sheffield Wednesday :lolol: fans tomorrow will be from the Greater London area. If it was a Saturday fixture they would bring 2,000+ looks like their turnout is going to be under 500

The thread title should really read "ticket sales for SW game" because that is what is reported, not the crowd attending the match.

Even if there were a meteor strike between now and kick off, the ticket sales would still total more than 24500, and probably quite a lot more.

I am starting to sense a little waning of support. Mates who support other teams and came along every week have lost the inquisitive factor of the Amex and have stopped going ( this May improve if we end up challenging for promotion).

I will be more interested to see Saturdays attendance with it being at a stupid time!
