Hmmmmmm....everyone very dismissive, but ....33 years old (3 years younger than GM), proven goal scorer - has scored 69 goals between 2017-2020 and in 101 games for Girona in La Liga and La Segunda (i.e. a comparable if not better record than Darwin Nuñez - 16 goals in 30 games in La Segunda only), has played in UK for a season (OK, I know, for Middlesborough, but hey) and would be relatively cheap given his age.

Of course, but we're not going to get the kind of striker you describe because we will not pay silly money and, unfortunately, silly money is what it takes with Villa, Newcastle, Palace et al more than prepared to take the risk.
