I agree with what he said, his players have let him down over the last few weeks missing penalties, guilt edged chances and today conceding in injury time. He cannot do anything about those things. The way he has set the team up to attack, create chances and win is pretty much spot on isn't it?

too sensible a post mate...people will find fault with such talk

No one listens but i will keep saying it...our defence is not good enough. Stop leaking stupid goals by closing down the opposition.

No one listens because no-one agrees. We've conceeded 14 goals all season; one of, if not the best in the league/

We conceded 3 in an away game to a team that were relegated last season. WTF do people expect from us this season? 100 scored and 0 conceded?

Jesus, i hate Brighton fans sometimes.

When we are winning with only two mins to go, why don't we just keep the ball?? The number of times we give away free kicks near the end of the game is ridiculous. No wonder Gus sounds so pissed off. Who wouldn't be. Perhaps we need a new team captain on the pitch?

Seems a few of us are struggling to see what the sweaty contributes as captain, and how many mis kicks at goal did Barnes have today

Blamed everyone bar himself again. I would not be surprised if there are several clicks within the playing squad, who are getting more than a little pissed off with their manager...What about the comment about if any players speak out, then they are in the shit....It is totally Gus's way or the highway, he constantly moans about the players not doing this and not doing that...Well he signed them all.

people keep blaming Gus!

I did a month ago, now it's down to players and may be it was from the start....

He changes formation etc and people moan, but brighton have a strong team and he is running out of things to try, because players are letting him down what ever changes he makes...

No wonder he's angry, respect to Gus for caring about The Club...

But let's not allow facts to get in the way of a good story. Like the fact Leeds were down to 9 men. And we just about managed a draw?! What game did you watch?!

You're completely wrong there. Completely wrong. Gus picked the right team, we had chance after chance. His players let him down, Gus did nothing wrong.

Errr -only after they had a man sent off.............

Can understand him being upset about that result but whats the tattoo/gym thing about?!

Who did that refer to.... Hoskins?.... maybe Hoskins kicked off after being sidelined by barn door again.

There should be plenty of leaders ... Crofts ... Hammond ... Greer .... Maybe El Abd when fit needs to be made captain

Long term there must be someone else but for now NONE of those you are suggesting, Crofts is inconsistent (being kind), Hammond (you must be joking) El Abd, absolutely no way because, whereas no-one can fault Adam for his commitment, he is a liability, liable to be sent off etc. so no way he can ever be made captain !

I honestly think that Albion is a 'team' in transition because, at the moment and to my mind, there is no realistic alternative to Greer other than LIAM BRIDCUTT.

Frankly there are too many players who are either inconsistent or inadequate in terms of ability OR, short term or rather too near the end of their careers to be likely to be able to see the Albion into the holy grail of the Premier League.

a poll in support I think a point from Wolves is great and some of our fans expect to much im pleased with 8th and a point today

Its undertandable how you feel. 3-2 up with 3 minutes left against a side with 10 men who we should have well and truly battered 2nd half.

Yes im really happy with a point today.......

God, even Gus admitted it was easy for us..........

Interesting to note that Gus said there were no leaders on the pitch.

That is why I said (numerous times before) that we do not have a character in the Horton/Danny Wilson/Curbishley mould, or at least we do not seem to have this.

My forecast of a 0-3 away win went out of the window quickly.

I'm sure he's not happy. neither am I. Another 2 points thrown away. As he said, we will not have an easier game all season. We blew it again, simple as that. Hard to believe how we're still in the top 8 after dropping so many easy points. I wonder why he didn't bring on Hoskins instead of Barnes ? We all know Barne's limitations and yet again he missed a couple of easy chances, so why oh why bring him on when Hoskins is there beside him on the bench. Very disappointing result and I expect Gus is fuming. Our " tight and disciplined defence" not looking so good now. Unable to defend set pieces and unable to hold on to another lead. To put things in perspective, Watford scored 6 against a Leeds team whom we just about managed to draw with.

Leeds had 9 men for 45 mins!!!
