Crawley transfer bid?

Crawley could do worse than put in a bid for the West Stand.Coupled with the best bits of the Family Stands they could virtually triple the seating capacity of the Broadfield Stadium and it would easily straddle their open East Terrace.
After all,we wont need it and we could use the cash for a nice carpet in Tony's office.

You obviously have not been to the Broadfield recently B.G.,for one season in the Football League (I doubt they will last more than 1) (trust me,I have seen them play twice this month)they need the West Stand more and it can be put up in no time at all and put back on the market when they get relegated.

So he's going during the summer but then you hedge your bets with Christmas or maybe January next year? And where has Gus hinted that Poyet doesn't play as he's told? He seemed to trust him to do as he was told a few weeks back when El-Abd was injured.

And if you're so sure that Gus doesn't like him as a player then care to put a wager on who is Greer's replacement on Tuesday - Elphick or Dunk?

but you cant spell,or tell a comfortable win either,Darlington 1-0 and Mansfield 2-0 were the games I saw,loads of wasted chances by strikers on both sides who cant shoot, as for Torres,you can tell why he failed a trial with us.HE IS SHIT. Smith-you are Having a laugh if you rate him.The Big Blond centre half(Number20) was you best player against Darlo (unless you count the homer Ref)

And the Mansfield game got so BORING between goal 1 and goal two I went home with 20 mins left and missed the second goal.
No real loss though,apparently it was a poor effort that fluked it's way in.(so said a CTFC fan at the Darlo game)

Saw them in the old Southern league when they were a proper non-league club. Bandwagon fans like you coming on now and giving it the biggen really doesnt wash. Im glad you are getting a hard time because as soon as Crawley are in the bottom 3 next year you wont give a toss

mate you go it wrong, i dont follow crawley, i have seen them twice this year and have been very impressed with what i saw (tamworth and afc wombles), I watched them as I live 100 yards from the ground and Brighton were not playing, im not a bangwagon fan at all, I just get f***ed off with people knocking there success, I am from crawley and very proud of where i come from so stick up for them and the town. They are a good side and have massive potential to do well in league 2 (blue square have made them 12-1 to win the league), just some people on here come up with so much bull shit about them when they dont actually no the truth.

and for the record, I sit in the south stand and I have heard non stop the moaning of some so called ALBION fans, even when we are crusing, they still moan about the pace of play, passing backwards....constant....it happens at all clubs not just crawley

Comfortable wins?
Darlo and Mansfield were the better teams both games and the CTFC around me sat in the West Stand all could see that to be true.and moaned like f*** all game about it.
Taking 10,000 to Old Trafford is as good as it is going to get for CTFC.

Not hedging my bets but we all know that sometimes, for a variety of reasons, the player we want does not sign immediately and we have to wait. As regards Tuesday it will obviously be Elphick because Dunk isnt ready yet and we have nobody else. I think that Dunk will overtake Elphick in the pecking order very soon but at the moment he is behind him. Can you honestly say that the defence has looked comfortable since El Abd has been out. Elphick is a good stopper central defender, who would be an asset to many clubs as he will win the ball and hoof it away up field but that is not the way that we play and rather than sit on the bench I would expect him to see the opening of Falmer and then ask for first team football somewhere.

A couple of years ago I would have lain bets on him being captain and leading us out at Falmer but he hasnt progressed in his ability since then having gained more experioence.
