Going to Cat 4 with plans for Cat 3 at some point under the new rules.

Someone on my Facebook posted a picture of the new intake in suits the other day, she's the sister of one of them judging by her rambling comment on the picture.

Indeed there was, seems strange it would shut on the same day it had such publicity.

So it would appear some of it is shutting down ?

And yes the information came via a friend of Mrs Hut on Facebook

Only the under 18s to run, my son played for the under 10s and had been given a contarct for next season but we received the letter today. This is totally to do with a lack of funding and will obviously affect a number of local boys. The EPP having an impact!

Such a shame. I know a few of our Mile Oak Wanderers lads had been given a trial with then and they were treated really well.

Shutting down these academies is exactly the reason why this country will NEVER match Spain and Germany in developing our young players.

My son was trialling at crawley for a while but thought it was time to opt out when over the easter period they were charging for easter footie training,shame if it has folded as some good lads have put alot of effort in with the training and travelling up there.
