My motorbike got reversed into by a Forest supporters coach after the game.

Twisted the handle bars and is un-rideable. Still at Amex now awaiting recovery. Live in Portsmouth too so long old journey.

Fortunately police saw it, stopped the driver so have details and hopefully will sort through insurance.

What a game tho hey! I know we mugged them of a point, but feel crashing into my bike is a bit harsh.

More than welcome for a lift. It's nice and quick on the bike. :)

S'funny. As I walked around the ground today and saw all those bikes with the coaches infront, I did wonder what were the chances of a coach backing into some bikes.

Hope you are on the way home by now.

That is truly shite. I live in fear of my GS being damaged while I sit watching the mighty stripes slog their way to an undeserved victory. Let us know how your insurance claim pans out.

When i parked mine up at 12.30 i noticed some of the coaches were further back than normal, fortunately i parked mine directly behind a lamp post that a coach had already backed up to.

Hope you get it sorted quickly.

Why were cars parked on our bikers pavement today?????

Shouldn't be allowed, bloody cars causing traffic jams, pulling out in front of us and NOW parking where they like. No wonder they have soooo many accidents.

Sorry to hear about your bike though, I hope it gets sorted

I too passed comment on these cars parking in the bike overflow area. It's a bloody scandal. These oversized metal boxes are a menace. Two wheels for all.

What I don't get is why the coaches reverse in the first place?

They are pointing towards the exit to start with!

Where poet's live.
Gutted for you, had my bike ran into the other week. Sadly not at the amex ground with no police to catch the mindless cager that just drove off. Lucky for me I got off lightly and it was just cosmetic damage so I can still ride around but a bit gutted about my tank getting a dent in it where it landed into a lampost. That's just street parking for you probably wont be the last time I see her on her side :(

It's the 3rd time mine has been crashed into whilst parked so know how you feel.

Once on street outside my house by next door neighbour, once in a pub car park where luckily somebody else saw and told me, and now this. My tank got dented in first one and was 600 quid for a replacement!

Find it remarkable that certain car drivers seem not to be able to see bikes.

They changed the system for parking coaches a couple of games back. It seems to fit more coaches into the parking area, but lining them up causes more than an occasional hazard. There'll be hell to pay if a reversing coach backs into a pedestrian.

Can understand reversing into the space, but why do they reverse to go out.

Surely you back in to drive out forwards?????
