I'd absolutely love to see all three starting. I mean the game has the potential for 5 or 6 goals the way that Peterborough score and concede.

Let's add to that chance:clap2:

the people who actually want to compare the facts as too who is the better player give a toss whether a player has performed internationaly and whether they have not. we are going on what these players have formerly done in there careers and davies has achieved more than andrew. his move to palace on the luton website was described as "surprising" in other words how the f*** did we get money for that lump of shit. if you want a lump up front then fine, if you think that he is better than an international player
then you are daft. shove me up front, im 6ft4 and can hold up the ball and control it with the right and left boot. davies was signed by who for 50k.

It'll probably be postponed anyway. That'll give us a couple of months to decide.

I don't want to spoil your argument lads.

Personally I do think that Davies will prove to be the better signing of the two.

However if you are arguing over who should start against Peterborough, then it has to be Calvin. He had a great debut and did all that was asked of him.

Davies is still young and I doubt he will be starting that many games this season with the three other strikers we have...

Forster may only have 1 or 2 more seasons in him but at the moment he is easily our best option, although obviously we haven't seen Davies yet.

In the spirit of keeping the shirt when you play well, I say keep Davies on the bench - there can be no complaints as he has to prove himself in the team to get a permanent place. Playing 3 up front is an option but Peterborough are a decent side, and I fear it might be a little big gung-ho.

Davies said he withdrew from the Wales squad because he hasnt got a passport so couldnt travel abroad!!

makes a change from forgetting it!

I think we will play Andrew and Forster up front with Davies playing behind them. Then when Virgo and Elphick lump it forward there will be someone to lay it back and someone to run on to it

As has been said, Calvin Andrew did enough against Hartlepool to warrant keeping his place, so unless Fozzie's got a knock I'd say we start them again, and have Davies on the bench to bring on when needed.

Really hope the game's miraculously on, as we're now beginning to get a decent looking bunch of players to choose from.
