The 400 was irrelevant I think based on Northants only scoring 200. If Northants win and Notts lose, Northants go up. Any other scenario, Notts go up.

we will bat until mid afternoon/tea tomorrow then it fizzle out to a draw unless we try to make a game of it and make a sporting declaration, which I doubt.
