To all at Brighton,

Very warm congratulations and welcome to the Championship. Your Chief Exec Martin Perry is already a "legend" with the red half ("Is" there any other) of Bristol for his fantastic support towards our new stadium and on the back of this I can really assure you that all true BCFC fans were really rooting for you last night and there has been several messages of congrats already placed on our forum OTIB.

I can assure you that one team and fans who are certain of a very warm welcome when you visit Ashton Gate is yourselves and hopefully we can establish a friendly and mutual respect similar to the one that we already have with Barnsley fans (No dont ask, I honestly dont know, but we do?)

One tip is "when" you have the "pleasure" of visiting the new Den please make sure you dont take on to much liquid on board as those jolly japesters from South London decided to lock all of the toilet blocks in the away end for our visit their last night. Oh what jolly jesters they are - NOT!!!!

Anyway our very warmest welcome to the Championship, we really hope that you go on and finish the job and get the Championship that you so richly deserve and we look forward to seeing you next season,

I've been at uni in Bristol for a few years and sort of adopted you guys as a second team of sorts, watched a few of your games. So can't wait to go to Ashton gate next year (in the away end this time), it's one of my definites for next season.
