Wondering what’s the best route to go regarding compo?
I was involved in a crash on the motorway and I’ve got neck trouble (whiplash). insurance offered the standard 1k I said no and they offered physio which I accepted. this was over the phone do exercises etc which I did but it’s not really helped so they’ve been trying to source a physio to do whatever. but as I’m currently in shetlands they’ve not been able to find one I know they have some here but they can only use certain ones I assume. So I guess they will now offer compo again should I just take what they’ll offer or get a solicitor to assist?

Depends if you want money or want to get better. Personally, I would get hold of your insurer and, in the circumstances, insist they let you see a local physio. Well done on getting to the Shetlands with whiplash though.

I was thinking to use whatever compo they offer to fund the physio here
