Maybe the Albion could offer themselves as consultants to advise how to get a building job finished within some sort of reasonable timescale?

What are the odds on Albion running out at a finished Falmer before they finish whatever on earth they are fiddling about with around the Clock Tower?

I suppose when your budget is a bottomless pit of parking revenue, you can afford to string a job out over as long a period as possible.
