The Nokia 5800?

I worked on software for a couple of prototypes. My opinion its a nice handset with a better touchscreen than the Samsung and LG offerings, however it does feel quite cheap and plastic and the shape of it is quite odd - imagine a remote control cause it's quite tall.

I personally wouldn't have one as I don't like touchscreens, what in particular attracted you to the phone ?

not too bothered about the camera. Just thought it may be worth checking out for the 12 month unlimited downloads

Think its more a gimmick really, I've not got much experience with the Nokia music store thou, so I don't know if the stuff is copy protected or not.

I personally think unless you want a smartphone type, Sony Ericsson is the way forward.

I think you mean more a review of comes with music than you do the actual handset don't you? I've got a 5800 and it's a decent phone but didn't come with that when I got it. There's some interesting reviews on Comes with Music if you google it

the biggest problem with comes with music is the drm issue that means you can play the tunes basically on your phone or your PC but thats about it as far as I understand it.

Oh and I have the 5800 without comes with music and its a really nice phone. Does everything you need in a phone and more.
