For allegedly making a homophobic gesture at the Brighton game last year.
Case expected to last 3 day.

3 days is a lot evidence to get through ain't it?

And Sky Sports showed a clip of another player saying they were CKR and had to apologise profusely.

Did not know it had been postponed and nor did the newsreader on the radio this morning where I got the information From:lol:

Was it announced globally or just to PC Balkham twitter followers only?

It is up to the CPS to decide whether the case is worth pursuing, surely.

I certainly wouldn't have complained if I had seen it, but to just blame the fans is a little disingenuous, in my opinion.

It was postponed very late yesterday afternoon so doubt the news travelled to the corners of the globe in time :)

To those who believe it's a waste of time, I'm sure you saw all the gestures he made?

He made a similar gesture when we played at Ewood. I would have been outraged but I was too busy at the time calling him a fat wanker, amongst other things.

I do however have a sensitive side

Yes it is. If you made a wanker sign with police watching don't you think you'd go to court?

No I really don't. I doubt they would even arrest you.

Whole thing is a total waste of court time and taxpayers money.

Was it a fan or fans that reported him and if so presumably they did so because they were far from being 'insensitive' ???

What is wrong with a warning. Is a visit to court really necessary ?

Did he get a warning? How many warnings should someone get?
