Pretty crap that these spivs can march in to Brighton and buy a house in a sought after area, particularly when they could be described as mediocre in their profession. Normal people work their arse off to afford houses in that area.

There have been CMS to Charlton rumours knocking around on our fora for a month now. I ignored them as silly, but if he needs a change of scene and you have someone potentially better lined up and we can potentially cash in on BWP it might not be quite (emphasis quite) as ridiculous as I first thought.
Silly is an understatement, this has not got a chance of happening let me tell you that.
