Where is it?

I've just been on the site and gone to the normal e cash top up page to check my balance in case i need to top up and the link has gone to take you to the top up page.

Is there another way to it or is it just me being an idiot

I couldn't top up recently, and received this reply to my email:

"That seems to be a localised error with Internet Explorer, using another browser will allow top-up.
We should have the error fixed shortly though.

Ben Richardson"

Still not resolved yesterday, so I used Firefox without any problems.

Click on fans tab as normal, go to e cash top up and it's moved over a box

Yes I was being a complete idiot. Feeling stupid.

Go to the Seagulls website. On the 'Fans' menu are two sub-menus. The first one is called 'In this section' and can be ignored. The second one (in the middle) is called 'Features' and you want the 'top-up E-cash HERE' link which is the second one down.

(I'd put a direct link in here but it's not a good idea to click on a direct link to something which asks for confidential information).

I can't for the life of me figure out why I didn't see it, perhaps it's because it wasn't where it should be!

I may be stating the bleedin' obvious here, but why not just bookmark/'favourite' the e-cash site? I have and it saves negotiating the dreadful official site.

On a separate but not unrelated note, my auto top-up still hasn't worked. Seems a bit of a shambles in the past week.

Auto top-up works wonders. As soon as my balance drops to a tenner, 30 quid pops onto the card. Job done
