It's always the last Sunday in October ( back ) and the last Sunday of March ( forward ).

When I work it I try and claim it- don't always get it though. For some reason although you're at work for 13 hours the Ambulance service don't recognise this. Apparently it evens itself out - only if you're on when the clocks go forward.
