What a nice gesture.

Colin Kazim-Richards has won a free holiday in Italy for his parents after scoring Albion's 5,000th league goal.

But the young stiker is in no mood to celebrate.

Kazim-Richards is more concerned about the Seagulls' Championship future after Crewe came from behind to win Saturday's basement battle 2-1 at the Alexandra Stadium.

Kazim-Richards' early header landed the holiday prize from club sponsors Donatello.

He revealed: "I forgot about it, then I scored and as we were running back Kez (Kerry Mayo) said 'enjoy your flight'.

"I'm not going to go, I'm going to give it to my mum and dad because they have never been on holiday together. I'll just concentrate on footbal

Being a nice bloke and/or giving a holiday to your parents doesn't make you a great or even a good footballer.
