Colin Kazim-Richards is desperate to return to the Premier League after falling out at Fenerbahce.
Kazim-Richards, 22, has been a target for Hull and Portsmouth but Fenerbahce have slapped a £3million price tag on his head.
The Londoner, who plays for Turkey through his Turkish Cypriot mother, has fallen out with coach Luis Aragones who has told him he has no future at the club.
He has been fined for breaches of discipline including giving interviews without permission, but has two years left on his contract.
