Don't mind the decorations going up early, but frankly there seems to be far too much religion creeping into Xmas nowadays. Most of the churches round our way have pictures of Jesus up already, and it's YONKS til the drunken Xmas Eve Carol Services. It's commercialism gone MAD!

My Christmas shopping is all done.

And about 50% of it is wrapped up.

No decorations up yet though, not sure if we will decorate my son and daughter don't want to. So we'll see.

Christmas used to be my favourite time of the year, especially with the kids. Notsomuch now though :/

Driving from the lights on the Old Shoreham Road towards the Grenadier Thursday evening my wife pointed out that one house had started putting up their outside decs.
