Smoked Salmon, Parma Ham and bubbly...

Although i have smoked salmon a lot since working from home over the last 2 years so it may start to make xmas morning feel like a working day...

I only have smoked salmon more wfh due to trying to be healthy and avoiding the sausage and bacon sandwiches.

Depends which family we are Christmasing with.
If the in laws then Christmas lunch will be on the table between 1 and 2 so a continental brekkie will be sufficient.
If my side they are all unwilling and incapable of serving the main meal until 5 at the very earliest, past 7 quite likely. So Eggs Royale with a full English and the continental options at minimum.
To me, this raises the question of why you'd ever have Christmas with your in-laws.
