Except it is Rook takes Queen (Sacrifice) and the mate is delivered by the Knight. My opponent missed it and now the game is a draw!

How does the queen get sacrificed iif t goes to F7 or G7 neither on the rooks row?

Also looking at it on the third move there is no check from white so blacks queen and potentially his rook on row E can check the white king, thus stopping the 4 move win.

In fact if this happens black can mate white in two moves by

B: Queen to E1 mate
