A specially designed "naked" kit, to raise money for the Everyman cancer charity, so it reads. Bravo, I say

The final score was...

Widnes 28...

...Halifax 30.

I was watching the darts, and good result for the mighty blues. Hopefully when they renew the licences for the Super League. Halifax will go into that league, because now they've done the new stand the ground is up to standard.

Both Halifax and Widnes should be SL clubs end of, and hopefully both will be this time next year, as much as it's handy having a localish side with Harlequins they can't justify playing in front of 3,000 fans each week, and likewise Salford.

Can't find any pics of the Widnes shorts from last night yet but they were IMMENSE, definitely something I could see Safeway or Kinky Gerbils wearing.

The problem is not with Harlequins. It is with the fact that SL are too stupid to realise that sport in this country thrives on rivalry, and Harlequins don't have one and never have had. They're also too quick to move them from pillar to post, and fans don't like being f***ed about like that.

They do, Catalans Dragons :jester:

Seriously, this team in the South of France with no SL club even in the same country and they still get more than double the crowds of Quins, and more embarrasingly Salford who are near to loads of clubs, they will surely be the first to drop down a division.

Feature on Widnes' kit coming up on SSN, shorts and all!
