When Charlie went off with the neck injury the other week, he said he "feared his career might be over", because of the trouble he had and the operation on it a few years back. Is that thought going to stay with him now when he plays and so might he lose a bit of his "competitive" edge when he does return, understandably not wanting to risk anymore neck problems?? Or is he going to think f@*k it and still get stuck in as much as ever?? I'm sure he will get stuck it, but I thought there must be some unconscious effect that might hold him back a bit...

I would sooner question whether night will follow day than whether Charlie will give it his all for the Albion.
