There is a match between Brighton & Palace All Stars Teams at Three Bridges FC on 5 September, to raise money for a couple of Meningitis charities in memory of Simon Funnell's (ex Brighton, now playing for Three Bridges) baby daughter who died at 18 days old last Christmas
There have now been some names announced for the teams:
Brighton players will include Mark Ormerod, Danny Simmonds, Kerry Mayo, Steve Foster, Paul Watson, Peter Smith, John Byrne, Paul Rogers, Charlie Oatway, Jamie Moralee, Richard Carpenter & Russell Bromage
Palace players will include Steve Kember, Simon Rodger, Bobby Bowry, Alan Pardew, Andy Woodman, Chris Coleman, Dean Austin, Dougie Freedman, Richard Shaw & Simon Osborne
As well as the game, there will also be a large bouncy castle, face painting, penalty shoot-out & a balloon race. Gates open at 11am, kick-off is at 1pm & entry is £5 (under 12s are free with a paying adult)
